Rate variation based on location and type of room, ranging from singles to deluxe motel units, most with balconies and views of the ever changing ocean.
For your comfort, all rooms have private baths, individual heat and air-conditioning, direct dial phones, color cable TV, DVD (upon request), free Wi-Fi, refrigerators, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards. We have two suites, eight units with efficiency kitchens, and handicap accessible rooms are available.
When making a reservation, a one or two night
deposit is required, and a fourteen day notice of
cancellation prior to arrival is required for a refund,
and a $30.00 cancellation fee will be applied. Balances are due upon arrival. Early check outs will be charged in full, refunded if the space is re-sold, minus the $30.00 cancellation fee. During July and August we have a four night minimum, and all weekends have a minimum stay. All rates subject to Maine lodging tax.
Children age 6 and under welcome during off season. Pool
opening and closing subject to weather. No pets allowed on the property. Free WI-FI
